I love it when I find crisp vintage Patek Philippe Chronographs. This example of the reference 1579 from 1956 is very well preserved with an all original untouched dial and a very strong case with deep well defined hallmarks. The gorgeous untouched dial has all raised enamel printing. The stylized lugs, often called Spider lugs, have retained their original angles. Sharp lugs on this model are highly important for the value of this watch. This exceptional watch is powered by a caliber 13-130 manual wind movement.
