This is a great watch for a man or a woman. It is a Patek Philippe mid-size 33mm Nautilus in 18kt yellow gold with original Sigma diamond marker dial, from 1986. The solid 18kt yellow gold case and bracelet look to be unpolished with very light surface scratches from normal wear. The original Sigma matte black ribbed dial is pristine with lovely understated diamond markers. This watch is powered by a caliber E23SC quartz movement. An Archive from Patek Philippe has been ordered and will accompany this timepiece.
