This reference is Patek Philippe's version of the Rolex Milgauss and is quite rare. It was typically purchased by professionals in the science field who worked around a lot of magnetic activity. The watch is powered by Patek’s caliber 27-AM400 and is complete with the original dust cap. This beauty was purchased from the family of the original owner.
