This is a very special and rare Patek Philippe Skeletonized automatic wrist watch reference 3878 from 1999. The reference 3878 was Patek Philippe's first automatic skeletonized wristwatch and was produced from 1981 until around 2007. During this period, it is believed approximately 500 pieces were made. This reference was exclusively cased in 18kt yellow gold and displays hand engraved and decorated skeletonized movement. The condition of this watch is excellent and has no visible flaws. This rare beauty is powered by a caliber 240 automatic movement. This watch comes on a new Patek Philippe red band with its original 18kt yellow gold Patek Philippe tang buckle. This watch comes with its original Patek Philippe papers.
