This is a lovely and elegant ladies Cartier white gold and diamond set Tonneau wristwatch circa the year 2000. The Tonneau shaped case is solid 18kt white gold and seems to be unpolished. The bezel is set with brilliant cut diamonds to make this little beauty pop! The silvered dial with painted black Roman numerals is pristine with the hidden Cartier signature in the X numeral and blue steel hands. What I really like about this watch is that it is powered by a caliber 8970 manual wind movement. Many Cartier ladies watches were quartz, so I love that this one is a manual wind. This elegant timepiece comes on its original Cartier strap with original 18kt white gold Cartier deployant buckle.
