This is a Patek Philippe Annual Calendar Ref. 5146J from 2007. This reference is the next generation of an annual calendar from Patek Philippe after the references 5035 and 5036. The reference 5146 has a more contemporary dial configuration then the 5035 and 5036 with Arabic numerals at 3,9, and 12 on a cream lacquered dial. The date is still at 6 oclock with the moon phase placed directly above. The hour and minute hands are lume filled and there are luminous dots at each hour marker. This annual calendar moon phase is powered by a caliber 315 automatic movement which can be viewed thru the sapphire case back. This beauty is pristine and comes complete with all its box's, booklets and original papers.
