This is a lovely vintage Zenith Chronograph Reference A277 from the late 1960's. Zenith began this model in the 1960's with 2 versions. The watch we have here is the second version with a luminous seconds hand and gold-colored chronograph register hands. The original black dial with 3 white registers is in excellent condition. The original bi-directional bezel is also in excellent condition. The crown on this watch is not original but a later replacement crown. The water resistant case on this watch is strong and the serial numbers on the back of the case can be seen when looked at at certain angles. This watch comes on its original Gay Freres ladder bracelet marked "1 69" inside the clasp and 'ZF' end links. This great Zenith chronograph is powered by a 146HP manual wind movement.
