This is the famous Vulcain Nautical Cricket Alarm wristwatch complete with inner and outer box and guarantee papers. This set even has the original $250 price tag included. Vulcain was the first company in 1947 to feature an alarm watch. Many companies followed in their footsteps, most notable Jaeger LeCoultre and the Memovox. The watch we have here is in pristine condition and all original. This beauty was probably worn half a dozen times and then sat in someones drawer for year to come. The oversized brushed stainless steel case looks to be unpolished . The bright and vibrant colors of the dial radiate in a sunburst pattern. The dial and all the lume on the dial and hands is all original. This piece comes on its original stainless steel bracelet. This complete set is a great example of horological histrory.
