Matthew's Note
This a highly desirable example of a Wittnauer Professional chronograph reference 242T from the 1960s with a Val-Joux 72 movement. Both the case and dial are in beautiful condition. The case looks to be unpolished with all its edges perfectly intact and the normal light surface scratches from normal wear. The original dial is pristine with all original lume. It looks to us that the hands have been relumed to match the dial. This particular model was in the competition with the Omega Speedmaster for the first watch to be worn on the moon but obviously was not chosen.
